Spend your time preparing your own organic garden or attending to the needs of your physical, spiritual and mental body instead of hassling with traffic.

If you know what items you need, give us your grocery list, and we will do the shopping for you, dropping off your groceries at your front door.

Costs:

To deliver organic foods to your door, the fees are $20 plus 15% of your total grocery bill.


Consultation

In a consultation, we will review the foods and food supplements you consume, as well as the cleaning products you use--you are what you eat, and you breathe what you do.
The fee for initial consultations is $75. Please call to make appointments ahead of time, as initial consultations take anywhere from 1 - 3 hours.
